SUNDAY MASS IS CANCELLED
Out of the abundance of caution, mass will be canceled today (1/25) as the roads are exceptionally poor. The bishop has granted a dispensation so I encourage everyone to watch a mass online and celebrate the gift of our Lord: last night's Mass can be found at this link.  Be careful and we will see you next week.  God bless.  Deacon will Yoho    [posted 1/25/2026]

WINTER WARNING:
Due to the upcoming severe weather expected this weekend (1/24-25) we ask that you use all caution. If you find yourself uncomfortable, uncertain, and concerned for your safety about traveling to Mass this weekend please exercise all caution.

You are welcome to join us online.  The Saturday evening Mass will be broadcasted/livestreamed via our YouTube channel; click this link:  Mother of Sorrows Peninsula

If you do venture to our church, please exercise caution as crews may still be clearing snow. While I trust God appreciates our dedication, it’s prudent to exercise caution, and perhaps stay home to pray versus risking injury – to ourselves or others – during tough weather. That way, we can be healthy enough to attend Mass or our other obligations in the following week when the weather is, hopefully, better.
