3/16-18 Mission - From Glory to Glory: A Spiritual Life That’s Alive hosted by Fr. Jacob Bearer in a three-day Lenten Mission which was well attended with a mix of Mother of Sorrows (MoS) and non-MoS attendees who opened their minds and hearts to God in new and forgotten ways. Father Jacob asked us to think about what’s hindering our being filled with God’s spirit, and he reminded us that praying should be more about God’s presence in our lives.  Also, that Jesus wants us to receive the glory He received, so that the fruit of it spills over into the world. In closing, he asked that we think and pray about what we experienced, then, if we like, he will return to lead us in prayer.
