Mission Statement

We, the parishioners of Mother of Sorrows Parish,

established in 1882,

Christ centered and empowered by the Holy Spirit,

dedicate ourselves to serve the needs of all

by liturgical worship and parish ministries.

Mass: (SV) 5:00 pm; (S) 8:30, 11:00 am; (HV)7:30 pm; (H) 8:30 am, 7:30 pm; (W) (Mon-Tues, Th-Fri) 8:30 am; Legal Holiday 8:30 am

Sacrament of Reconciliation: 4:00 pm Saturday, after any Mass or by appointment.

Sacrament for the Sick: If you are unable to attend Mass due to illness or hospitalization please notify the Parish office.

Sacrament of Baptism: Please contact the Parish office for arrangements.

Sacrament of Marriage: Please contact the Parish office at least six months in advance of the wedding date.

Meets Sunday morning at 9:40 am. Call rectory for more information.

RCIA

Formation and information program on the Catholic Faith for inquiry about Catholicism, becoming Catholic, growing in the Faith and returning to the Faith. Contact Parish for more details.

Aviala Prayer Meeting

Meets fourth Wednesday at 6:45 pm in church to pray for vocations.

Scripture Prayer Group

Check bulletin for schedule.

AA Meeting

Twelve-step program meets every Wednesday in Church Hall.

Parish Choir

Meets on Sunday morning at 10:00 am in the church.

Sings at 11:00 am Mass on Sunday.
